Let me explain: The sun is always shining, even when we can’t see it on a cloudy day. Feeling amazing is that feeling when the “clouds” of thoughts are out of the way, allowing the Real You to shine through. Like the sun, the Real You is always shining, it is just that sometimes we cover it with the “clouds” of doubt, criticism, guilt, judgment, anger and all of those other thoughts which create an illusion of fear.
When you feel good, you tend to not think very much; you’re just “being you”. And those thoughts you do have feel like instinct and intuition; they are lighthearted and almost childlike in their simplicity. Inspiring ideas just come to you; answers to problems you’ve had appear out of nowhere; you know exactly what to do and when to do it; your body feels good and you are full of confidence. It’s all effortless.
